Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund, we require proof of purchase and return of the purchased item. Please mail your return to P.O. Box 2072 Tucker, GA 30085.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund will be processed if you are approved and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
We do not grant partial refunds.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us within 7 business days of receiving the merchandise at email@example.com to alert us of the damage. A picture must be emailed as proof of the damaged item to begin the immediate processing of your exchange or refund request. In addition, you will need to email a copy of your receipt. Then, you must return the damaged item to us. Upon receiving the picture, receipt, and damaged item, we will process the replacement of the item, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of the item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
All orders are processed through PayPal. Thus, if you have not received your refund yet, please contact our payment vendor, PayPal.
Sale or special promotional items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale and promotional items are not refundable. Nor are sale or promotional items exchangeable.
You are responsible for paying the shipping cost for a returned item. And, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending upon where you live, the time it may take to receive your purchased or exchanged item may vary.
If you are shipping an item for a refund or exchange, we highly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your shipped item, nor are we responsible for an item you ship for refund or exchange.
Lost or stolen packages:
Noire Medical Women is not responsible for stolen or lost packages confirmed delivered to the address entered upon placement of an order. Upon inquiry, Noire Medical Women will confirm.
