Noire Medical Women is a brand I began as a result of my journey to pursue a career in the field of medicine. Our mission is to inspire and promote women of color in medicine. As a young black woman interested in the medical field, I often found myself facing many obstacles along the way, from feeling discouraged to being in spaces where no one looked like me. If no one else tells you this today, let this be your reminder - we need women of color in medicine!! With that being said, if you see a woman featured on our socials that you want to connect with, reach out to them. Build those connections, and let’s help each other reach our highest potential.
